Cash on Delivery (COD):

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in locations where our courier partners offer this service. COD availability will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer *free shipping* on all orders with a total value of ₹1000 or more.
  • For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 may apply.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Order Tracking and Communication:

Delivery and Inspection:

  • Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage.
    If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at cc@flairhouseware.com.
  • For COD orders, inspection of the contents is not permitted before payment is made to the courier.
  • Please inspect the products within 7 days of receipt. You will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us of any damage within 7 days of recieving the products.
  • The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the products and liability to replace the same during transit till the point of delivery of order to you shall be on Flair Houseware (Flair Writing Industries Limited). Flair Houseware (Flair Writing Industries Limited) shall not be liable for any damage caused after the order has been delivered to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at cc@flairhouseware.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
